Thinking about booking a gaming experience for a birthday party, sports club or corporate event?

 

You can rent the entire building on weekdays between 16:00 – 18:00 (Monday-Thursday) and weekends between 10:00-16:00.  The package includes:

• 8 Xbox Series S consoles with 40 inch TVs.

• 2 retro Xbox 360 consoles

• 1 PS4

• Headsets

• Pool tables

• Table Tennis

• Interactive darts

• Kitchen (microwave, kettle, toaster)

• A room for catering

 

This is ideal for Fortnite or Fifa parties.  Every console has the Ultimate Gaming Pass which has hundreds of games to choose from. We can download specific games if you request them prior to the birthday party, if they are available.

 

The building can accommodate parties of up to 15 (only 8 can play in the gaming station at any one time but this can be increased if players are willing to play two player games on one Xbox).  We could arrange a rota for the gaming station which would allow others to play pool, table tennis or interactive darts in between. We will work with you to structure the event but we would recommend 45min of gaming, 30 min for food followed by another 45 min of gaming.​

​Community Support

We believe that every child deserves a birthday party, but the financial constraints placed on families means it is not always possible.  To support families in this position we will offer one free 90-minute birthday party to primary school children on free school meals for every paid for building hire.

 

To take up this offer please fill out the form below stating the month and preferred dates of your party. Names will be selected at random and one of our team will be in contact with you if you have been selected. We would advise you to fill out the form 2-3 months before your desired date for the party.
